Can the covenants on my land be removed?
Covenants which are proven to be void can be removed from your title if so the position will be as if they never existed but in many cases covenants may not be void but may never the less be unenforceable for other reasons. For example they may only have been personal to the original parties who entered into them but were not intended to bind future owners of either the burdened or benefitting land.
